About the Position

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 or 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty required License: Allied Health Licensure required Certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS Must-Have: CT Certification required Epic experience required GE equipment experience required Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Outpatient experience required Candidate must be comfortable with emergency assignments Description: Traveler may be assigned to an Emergency Team and expected to stay until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay during emergency events will be communicated as impacts may vary. Candidate must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing the contract. Schedule specifics will be discussed during the interview. Work will include floating between Emergency Department, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinics. Unit does not accept first-time travelers. If work falls on a holiday, it is mandatory to work that holiday. Staffing includes a patient ratio of 1 per shift. Additional duties will include 3D rendering, contrast administration, lumbar studies, and more. Experience required across a range of age groups, including neonates to geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support is available. Candidates should have proven knowledge in handling various CT procedures and radiation safety protocols. Resources who have worked as permanent staff must have a one-year separation before returning. References will be required prior to starting the contract.
