Position: General Labor
Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Location: Lodi, CA

Schedule:  Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–2:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking  General Laborers to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position involves working with rubber molding equipment, monitoring production processes, operating hand tools, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in a hot production environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare and position rubber molding plates into production machinery.
• Monitor rubber molding equipment throughout the manufacturing process.
• Transfer completed rubber molds using chains from production equipment to the inspection area.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they are moved to the appropriate staging area.
• Use hand tools to trim, shape, drill, and prepare finished products as needed.
• Troubleshoot production issues and promptly communicate concerns to management.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately during production and inspection processes.
• Perform basic math calculations required for measurements and production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Work independently while keeping supervisors informed of production progress or equipment concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in a hot and humid production environment.
• Ability to safely work around industrial machinery.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Experience using hand tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Dependable with strong communication skills.
