Night Safety Patrol - The Park at University Village

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Night Safety Patrol personnel to join our team at The Park at University Village. Full-time opportunity! Earn between $18 and $20/hour, dependent on experience. NOC Shift available!

8PM - 6AM, WED - SUN.

This role performs a variety of tasks related to maintaining a safe, secure community that is tidy and inviting. What You'll Do Complete nightly rounds around the community per the schedule Monitor cameras and activity to ensure the safety of residents and staff Secure exterior gates and doors of the community Maintain a clean exterior of the building Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be Drug-free and submit to Urinary Analysis Drug testing upon hire and routinely Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations Must be willing to be active during entire work shift About Koelsch Communities We are third-generation, family-owned, and operated.
