Senior Salesforce Administrator

Owning and evolving the technical backbone that connects Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Administrator will serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ, optimizing integrations and delivering scalable solutions in a complex multi-system environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ, managing configuration, automation, and release management Optimize the integration layer between Salesforce, NetSuite, and MuleSoft to ensure data integrity across the quote-to-cash lifecycle Design and maintain reporting and dashboards for leadership, providing visibility into pipeline, bookings, and customer health Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Salesforce CPQ; Salesforce Administrator certification required Proven experience integrating Salesforce with financial/ERP platforms, with direct experience in NetSuite preferred Experience with MuleSoft or a comparable middleware/integration platform Strong knowledge of quote-to-cash and order-to-cash processes, including CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data flows in a multi-system environment
