Hospice RN Case ManagerJoin our team at Hospice of Western & Central Massachusetts and make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and families!We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to join our team in Berkshire County. As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in their homes and communities.$48 to $50 an hour with weekly pay.
