Salary: $81,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• Active or current Secret security clearance.
• One of the following education and experience combinations:
• - Masters or doctoral degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the relevant technical or professional discipline, including at least 5 years in the DoD.
• - Bachelors degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the relevant technical or professional discipline, including at least 5 years in the DoD.
• - 15 years of directly related experience with the certifications specified in the PWS labor category performance requirements, including at least 8 years in the DoD.

• Provide statistical data analysis, modeling, simulation, optimization, and analytical support to help develop and implement performance measures and metrics aligned with strategic plans, goals, objectives, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Maintain existing performance measures and metrics, and develop, coordinate, and implement new metrics, targets, data-collection rules, and measurement tools across business areas.
• Review and analyze metric business rules, identify data sources and collection schedules, document calculations, and assess performance data against targets.
• Support Acquisition Sustainment Reviews, Congressional inquiries, and CAT activities by preparing briefings, coordinating TMT suspense responses, conducting analysis, and recommending courses of action.
• Respond to taskers by identifying problems, analyzing issues, developing options, and preparing recommendations for GOFO-level review.
• Assist with staffing and screening the RSO workflow, managing assigned programs and efforts, and coordinating with other organizations and external agencies.
• Apply statistical techniques and tools to conduct leading-indicator and time-series analyses, including forecasting with moving averages, exponential smoothing, regression, and Box-Jenkins methods.
• Use forecasting tools and techniques for confidence levels, margins of error, sensitivity and what-if analyses, hypothesis testing, modeling, and simulation to improve metrics forecasting and planning.
• Prepare, schedule, and coordinate materials for internal and external briefings and reports; review correspondence and produce letters, reports, spreadsheets, database reports, and graphs using standard USAF office software.
• Support the RSO PEG suspense and tracking team by monitoring TMT tasks and workflow mailboxes, coordinating responses with two-letter directorates, and assigning PEG action officers.
• Prepare weekly briefings on late and upcoming TMT suspenses for PEG Chief review, help close out tasks, and package suspenses for AFLCMC Program Executive Officers and functional two-letter offices.
• Train RSP PEG and two-letter action officers to use TMT and answer technical questions about the system and its processes.
• Turn data into accurate, actionable outputs and communicate information to AFLCMC senior leaders, higher headquarters, and directorate offices.
• Update and retrieve information in the centers MS SharePoint document library, and compile, format, and store directorate inputs for center responses to taskings.
• Use NIPRNET and SIPRNET email to request and compile responses and transmit approved materials for higher-headquarters or Congressional inquiries.
• Help manage and track civilian and military decoration programs, coordinating with the center Directorate of Personnel awards monitor on awards packages.
