Position works in the Restaurant, Store, Bar and task vary and include:- POS Check out- Computer Tracking Customer Payments and Slip Assignments- Restaurant Food Preparation- Restaurant Food Delivery- Bar Service- Retail Store organization and cleaning- etc

This is a great opportunity to learn/practice excellent customer service, Point of Sale Experience, Restaurant and Bartender Experience and work with a Great Team! We will work with candidates on training beyond the core role responsibilities as they wish to expand their role. Opportunities to grow in this organization exist including supporting our other businesses. Servsafe Mgr Certification and Alcohol Employee Permit would be a plus for applicants!

Typical hours can be 4-8hr per day and 3-5 days per week. Weekends will be needed in-season and the position can be part time or full time depending on the candidates experience and desire. Position can be Year Round or Seasonal depending on the candidate and can develop into a Managerial Position.

The position will be tailored to the Skills of the Candidate!

Training will be available for Applicable Candidates to get their Servsafe Certification and Bar Servers Permit.

Compensation will be aligned to experience of the candidate. Additional benefits include flexible time off, employee discounts for the store, restaurant, food, boat rental and cabin rentals. Full-time positions may include: Vacation, 401K type retirement matching and other benefits depending on the Experience and whether the candidate is year round full time or part time.
