Position: Electrical Superintendent

Location: Stillwater, OK (Local Candidates or Self-Relocation Required)

Job Summary

An established commercial and industrial electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects. The Superintendent will manage field crews, coordinate daily activities, maintain project schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead electrical field operations from project kickoff through completion.

• Supervise electricians, foremen, and subcontractors.

• Manage projects with electrical scopes exceeding $3 million .

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.

• Conduct jobsite safety meetings, inspections, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.

• Track labor productivity, project costs, and daily field reports.

• Mentor field personnel and maintain quality workmanship throughout the project.

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.

• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Foreman.

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects valued at $3M or larger .

• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and electrical safety practices.

• Ability to read blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Must be willing to work locally in Stillwater, OK (No per diem).

• Data Center electrical construction experience.

• Active Journeyman Electrician license (state-specific preferred).

• Experience with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, healthcare, or institutional projects.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
