Job Responsibilities:

·        Prepare journal entries, maintain accurate financial records, and support the monthly and quarterly close process.

·        Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and ensure financial information is accurate and complete.

·        Assist with financial reporting and analysis, providing insight into operational results and identifying items that require follow-up.

·        Support the Controller with internal controls, accounting policies, compliance requirements, and process improvements.

·        Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and the financial tracking of capital expenditures.

·        Provide accounting support across various functional areas and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and answer financial questions.

·        Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.

Requirements:

·        Bachelors degree in Accounting

·        Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
