Management Consultant for AI Training

Apply consulting expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world business inputs. This remote contractor opportunity focuses on creating and evaluating work that reflects senior consulting standards. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Design consulting-style tasks based on authentic workflows, including case-team analyses, client communications, and board-level readouts.
• Create exemplary client-facing decks, executive summaries, detailed strategy memos, and structured recommendation documents.
• Develop and refine gold-standard outputs that are clear, cohesive, and ready for executive audiences.
• Evaluate model-generated work for structured thinking, MECE principles, clarity of reasoning, and actionable insights.
• Create practical rubrics that distinguish early drafts from polished, boardroom-ready deliverables.
• Identify and document communication pitfalls, including weak structure, unclear key messages, and overly verbose writing.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders as client and project requirements evolve.

• At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a comparable firm.
• Proven ability to produce client-ready decks, concise executive documents, and strategic recommendations.
• Expertise in structured problem-solving methods, including MECE, the pyramid principle, and issue trees.
• Exceptional written English and command of executive-level communication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Master''s degree preferred, with an MBA particularly valued.
• Experience evaluating consulting outputs and providing actionable feedback is a plus.

$100 to $200 per hour.
