Our work depends on a Technical Lead joining our team who has at least 10+ experience in IT disciplines in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. HOW A TECHNICAL LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Be responsible for designing and maintaining an on-premise multi-tenant data center environment Be the lead point of contact (POC) for the Sponsor on all technical related issues, including Tier 1-3 support WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Strong ability to work with leadership team to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff Through proactive leadership, creates an environment where the impact of technology on the business is clearly recognized Demonstrate planning and organization skills Demonstrate ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions Demonstrate ability to clearly report relevant information MS Office suite WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Required Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering field, candidates may substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
