Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status using established tools, including the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders), to develop individualized care plans. \n
- Diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, engaging in continual evaluation and adjustment of treatment strategies to reflect patients' progress. \n
- Maintain meticulous treatment records, reports, and clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards and department protocols, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. \n
- Collaborate with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary team members to create comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving best possible patient outcomes. \n
- Actively coordinate referrals to external resources and treatment providers, fostering strong professional relationships to facilitate seamless care transitions. \n
- Engage in patient safety assessments, anticipating potential challenges, and providing timely interventions focused on symptom reduction. \n
