Sales Coordinator Drive Growth Through Strategic Support and Relationship Building

Salary- $50-60k Plus Quarterly Bonuses Hybrid Work- 2 days in office, Independence Ohio.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven ability to conduct detailed research on target companies and industry trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage outreach campaigns, data entry, and information quality.
- Strong communication skills for drafting compelling candidate presentations and coordinating among teams.
- Comfort with leveraging AI, automation tools, and ATS platforms to enhance sales processes.
- Analytical mindset to monitor, report, and optimize campaign and lead generation efforts.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS software.
- Previous background in staffing, recruiting, or sales support.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and AI-driven research platforms.
- Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Ability to interpret data insights and contribute to process automation initiatives.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, research, or customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with industries related to staffing or business development is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, requiring presence in Ohio two days per week.
