A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking an experienced Biostatistician III for a 100% Remote 1-year contract position. In this high-impact role, you will support the innovative PULSEcheck initiative, partnering with cross-functional study teams to monitor ongoing clinical trials, review accumulating data, and generate timely, data-driven insights.

responsibilities:

• Oversee all statistical planning, execution, and data monitoring across Phase I-III clinical programs.
• Direct internal and external programming efforts and analyze complex clinical trial datasets.
• Evaluate predefined PULSEcheck criteria, conduct exploratory and interim analyses, and identify emerging trends or risks.
• Serve as primary statistical support to enhance trial oversight while maintaining rigorous scientific standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, study statisticians, and programmers to drive informed decision-making.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• Master's degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Epidemiology.
• 5-7 years of biostatistician experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven track record as the primary statistician on at least one NDA/BLA submission.
• Demonstrated experience preparing analysis programs for Phase I-III clinical trials.
• Strong expertise in statistical programming using R (SAS knowledge is a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design and drug development regulations pertinent to statistical analysis.
