Aurora Medical Spa is hiring a full-time Licensed Aesthetician for our Georgetown, TX location. About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person aesthetician position serving Aurora's established Georgetown clientele. You will perform individualized skincare consultations, design and carry out customized treatment plans, and develop a loyal book of clients who return to you specifically because of the results and relationship you've built with them.

Our Georgetown team is experienced and collaborative - you'll have strong support from day one, including hands-on training, provider mentorship, and a leadership team that stays engaged well beyond the onboarding window. No prior medical spa experience is required; what matters most is your license, your passion for skin, and your commitment to the client in front of you.

Please note: an active Texas Aesthetician license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Core clinical and client-facing duties at our Georgetown, TX clinic.

• Conduct thorough skincare consultations and develop individualized treatment plans for each client
• Perform a full range of advanced aesthetic treatments with clinical precision and consistent care
• Educate clients on home care routines, product recommendations, and follow-up treatment plans
• Build strong client relationships that drive retention, rebooking, and word-of-mouth referrals
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all treatments and client records
• Collaborate with injectors, wellness providers, and front desk staff to support integrated client outcomes
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in all Georgetown treatment rooms

Qualifications

Required

• Active Texas Aesthetician license - current, valid, and in good standing
• Clear, professional communication with clients and team members
• Strong attention to detail in a clinical or client-facing environment
• Genuine passion for skincare outcomes and client wellbeing

Preferred

• Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or results-focused aesthetics practice
• Familiarity with advanced treatment modalities such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or device-based services
• Local ties to Georgetown or the greater Williamson County area

Full-time, 36-40 hrs/week; mix of 8- and 10-hr weekday shifts
