Quality Assurance Management Trainee ProgramThe Quality Assurance Management Trainee Program provides Food Science and Dairy Science professionals a 26-to-30-week structured training program under the guidance of our Enterprise Quality and Food Safety team. You will be equipped with necessary technical and leadership skills to ensure a successful transition to your first QA management role upon completion of the program. This position will be located at our Monett, Missouri manufacturing plant. Upon completion of the program, you will relocate to one of our 15 production facilities in the U.S. based on business needs.Relocation Benefits: Receive a $10,000 relocation bonus plus a generous relocation package if relocating more than 50 miles. Key Areas for Training & Development: Product 101 Food Safety Systems Sanitation Auditing Regulatory Compliance Lab Management Supplier Management Quality Systems Project Management Green Belt trainingWhat you'll do:Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements.Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups.Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met.Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.What you will need to succeed:Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree or upcoming graduate in Food/Dairy Science or related field.Required to relocate to one of our production facilities in the U.S. upon completion of the programAbility to work nights and weekends as neededProven leadership experience in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to make good business decisions quicklyDesire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunitiesEligible partners will receive:Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
