Civil Structural Engineer

Full-Time | Exempt | Salary Range: $125,000 – $165,000 We are seeking an experienced Civil / Structural Engineer to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team supporting large-scale infrastructure projects across the United States. This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, designing impactful structures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and looking for long‑term career growth while working on challenging industrial projects. What You’ll Do Design and analyze steel structures, foundations, and industrial support systems. Perform structural calculations and develop engineering solutions for large-scale projects. Support projects from initial concept through fabrication, installation, and completion. Collaborate with engineering, drafting, manufacturing, and project teams. Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Provide technical support and help drive continuous improvement and innovation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of structural engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred. Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design principles. Experience with industrial structures, tanks, infrastructure, or large-scale fabrication projects preferred. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Salary Range: $125,000 – $165,000 annually Compensation based on experience, technical expertise, and qualifications.
