Job Description We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Architect to join a growing finance organization. This role owns the optimization, enhancement, and support of an existing NetSuite platform, with a specific focus on the financial, fixed asset, and supply chain modules. You'll work closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to translate their needs into functional requirements and implement solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and overall system performance. This is a techno-functional role for a strategic thinker with deep NetSuite knowledge and a genuine passion for process improvement — someone who came up through accounting/finance and grew into the technical side, or vice versa. What You'll Be Responsible For Analyze current business processes and system configurations to identify optimization opportunities within NetSuite's financial, fixed asset, and supply chain modules Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of new features and enhancements — including custom reports, saved searches, and NetSuite Analytics Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and other business units to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure solutions align with their goals Develop and enhance financial and operational reporting to provide stakeholders with real-time, actionable insights Drive continuous improvement of NetSuite processes, ensuring they're well-defined, documented, and scalable Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite, supporting end-users and troubleshooting system issues Act as the recognized lead for the semi-annual Oracle release and regression testing, working alongside the managed services provider currently filling that function Manage projects related to NetSuite enhancements and integrations, from scoping and requirements gathering through testing and deployment Help build and manage NetSuite changes within a new Change Management framework Required Experience/Skills 5+ years of hands‑on experience with NetSuite, including deep expertise in the financial and supply chain modules Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles Strong understanding of Fixed Asset and Supply Chain Management principles and how NetSuite addresses them Strong understanding of SuiteQL and management of data visibility from NetSuite, including NetSuite connector technologies Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive Nice-to-Haves NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification Experience in the data center, construction, or real estate industry Experience with NetSuite integrations and third‑party SuiteApps Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) Onshore/offshore team collaboration experience Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field Pay & Benefits Summary $175,000 - $200,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
