- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients.
- Organize and declutter spaces as needed, enhancing the overall appearance of homes.
- Follow company protocols and checklists to maintain high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
- Background check and references required for employment.
