• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

• Organize and declutter spaces as needed, enhancing the overall appearance of homes.
• Follow company protocols and checklists to maintain high-quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
