Field Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Marketing Coordinator to support the AMS Enterprise Field Marketing team. In this role, you will partner closely with Field Marketing Managers, Strategic Events, and Sales teams to help plan and execute lead-generating marketing programs. You will provide critical operational and administrative support across events, campaigns, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure programs are delivered successfully and on schedule. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support for AMS Enterprise Acquisitions field marketing programs Assist with planning and execution of field events, both in-person and virtual, including: Logistics coordination Landing page creation Finance and payment processing Post-event follow-up activities Manage calendars, timelines, and project trackers to keep marketing campaigns on schedule Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and purchase request management Maintain and update marketing documentation, including: Event briefs Marketing calendars Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support integrated marketing campaigns Handle ad hoc requests and operational tasks that support field marketing initiatives Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, events, operations, or an administrative support role within a B2B environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience Strong project management, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage internal stakeholders Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability Team-oriented, dependable, and interested in building a career in marketing Exposure to field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing Experience supporting sales teams or go-to-market organizations Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike, or WordPress Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office Interest in marketing messaging, campaign content, or creative development Interest in building relationships and alignment across a large enterprise sales organization Ability to work independently and maintain a full-time work schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
