Imagination Station Learning Centers in Avon is dual-accredited by NAEYC and NECPA and has served families since 2012. You'll lead a calm, responsive infant room with a steady team behind you.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $15-$17/hour, based on experience and credentials

What you'll do:

• Lead daily care and learning for infants: feeding, diapering, safe sleep, tummy time and sensory play

• Plan age-appropriate experiences using our Rooted & Rising curriculum framework

• Track developmental milestones and share daily updates with families

• Mentor and direct your assistant teacher

• Keep the classroom ready for licensing and NAEYC standards every day

What you bring:

• Infant room experience (CDA or ECE coursework a plus)

• Warmth, patience and a strong commitment to safe sleep and supervision

• Ability to meet Indiana child care licensing requirements (background check, drug screen, health screening)

• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to get certified (we train)
