Vehicle Damage Estimator & Customer Advocate

Boyd Group Services

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Mandeville, LA to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role supports the repair facility's KPIs through collaboration with team members, adherence to DRP guidelines, and ongoing training commitments, including possible I-CAR coursework.
