Bartender Position
Maze Lounge brings an unparalleled combination of premier nightlife-driven hospitality, elevated cocktail programming, entertainment, and cuisine. Maze Lounge is looking for seasoned Bartenders with the following experience and skills:
- 3 years of experience as a Bartender working in upscale and high-volume nightclubs or lounges
- Additional 2 years of experience working in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels and/or events
- Profound knowledge of spirits and classic mixology
- Record of success generating sales through upselling and other techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably, working knowledge of a second language
- Access to a wide and highly qualified local and international clientele database would be a plus
What we offer:
- Sales commission
Job requirements:
- Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours
- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast pace and highvolume environment, in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing and bright lights
