Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This is a regional position and travel is required to cover our Alexandria, Arlington, Tysons centers, as needed. Your Role Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. Extensive regional travel: primary coverage Arlington but must travel to any of our centers in Northern Virginia on short notice to provide coverage. Reliable transportation required. What We’re Looking For Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience. Technical & Clinical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Required travel & logistics: travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation required. Physical & other requirements: ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
