Badger State Staffing is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to support a thirteen-week contract based in Neenah. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Primary Responsibilities : 

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
• Manage client accounts using software tools to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
• Provide comprehensive support for office management tasks, including filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized client files.
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone communication, and directing calls appropriately.
• Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets to prepare reports, update records, and track customer interactions.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and patience.
• Maintain high levels of computer literacy and technical proficiency to navigate various office management systems efficiently.
• Contribute to team efforts by supporting other clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and supporting customer support initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of responsibilities while maintaining quality standards.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience with office management, clerical duties, or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and spreadsheet management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• High level of computer literacy including familiarity with productivity software and technical tools.
• Experience in customer service roles with an emphasis on client communication and support.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively without compromising quality.
• Personal assistant or front desk experience is advantageous for providing comprehensive office support.
• Attention to detail in proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
