Territory Sales Rep – Idaho BoviSync is hiring a Territory Sales Rep to drive sales and grow adoption of our dairy herd management software across Idaho. This independent, field‑based role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong dairy knowledge, a hunter mentality, and the ability to close new business while building lasting client relationships. Headquartered in Fond du Lac, WI, our experienced team is passionate about improving herd management through technology, and we’re rapidly expanding across the U.S. What You’ll Do Prospect and sell BoviSync software solutions to dairies across Idaho Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and on‑farm visits to closing deals and transitioning accounts to the Customer Success team Conduct in‑person and remote sales meetings to uncover farm needs and present BoviSync as the best solution Deliver compelling software demos and ROI‑driven sales presentations to decision makers (herd managers, owners, veterinarians, nutritionists) Develop and manage a growing pipeline of new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts Represent BoviSync at trade shows, industry events, and farm visits to drive brand awareness and generate leads What You Bring Background in the dairy industry Familiarity with dairy herd management software Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify prospects and close business Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple accounts and balance new sales with ongoing account management Willingness to travel 60‑75% of the time, including some weekends Compensation & Benefits Base Salary plus Commission First‑year performance bonus Opportunity for stock ownership in an employee‑owned, fast‑growing software company Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% company match Paid time off (unlimited PTO policy) #J-18808-Ljbffr
