Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Complete Care at Harston Hall. As a Per Diem RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations
• Participate in patient education and advocacy efforts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
