Location: McAlester, OK

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Competitive base + commission (uncapped earning potential)
$2,000 - $10,000 a month

What You’ll Do

• As a Sales Professional, you’ll guide customers through the entire vehicle buying experience—from first conversation to final delivery.
  
• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget
  
• Build relationships through in-person, phone, and online leads
  
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
  
• Explain vehicle features, trims, financing options, and warranties
  
• Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of customers
  
• Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver a smooth experience
  
• Stay up to date on Chevrolet & GMC inventory, features, and promotions
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  
• Basic computer and mobile app skills (CRM, texting customers, etc.)
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
• Sales experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people)
