Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. in Killeen Texas is hiring for an Inside Customer Service Representative for a Killeen area business. All of our services are free for prospective employees.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay/Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour DOE

Hours of Work:  8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions :

• Welcome walk-in visitors, 
• Answer incoming emails and phone calls to assist callers with inquiries
• Perform general office tasks - filing, addressing envelopes, faxing documents, data entry of order tickets into QuickBooks, etc. 
• Provide quotes for service to potential customers
• Schedule and Dispatch Service Technicians for sales and repair services
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Must complete a criminal background check and drug screening.

Job Qualifications Requirements:  

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 months customer service experience preferred. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed. 
• Basic Computer Proficiency required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude
