Business Immigration Associate (3-4 Years)

Overview Maintain client relationships with key stakeholders, Partners, and other relevant parties, participating in client meetings, briefings, workshops, and Q&A sessions, and proactively providing client reporting. Formulate and present well-structured, concise immigration strategies for intricate matters. Counsel clients at middle and senior management levels, serving as a business advisor with comprehensive immigration law knowledge, understanding client industries, and associated risks. Acquire and apply in-depth expertise in sector-specific immigration issues to address and resolve client scenarios. Research complex technical immigration issues, formulate solutions, and complete appropriate documentation. Independently prepare and file cases, and develop strategies for complex matters. Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through new business initiatives and growth avenues within the existing client base. Supervise, mentor, coach, and manage the performance of Associates and other staff; prior team management experience is strongly preferred. Lead continuous improvement processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization of firm processes, products, or services.
