Occupational TherapistWe are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in alignment with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and administering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner.Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).Possess an active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.If you are passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through occupational therapy, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
