Site Construction Superintendent: Lead, Schedule & Quality

John Flatley Company

John Flatley Company is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site supervision for a 30KSF strip center ground-up project. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress against the plan, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will maintain schedules, manage documentation, and support budget controls while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
