About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to become the company's first dedicated in-house video production specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the entire post-production process while helping shape a rapidly growing brand's visual identity. You'll transform real-world footage—including project installations, drone footage, customer testimonials, and educational content—into engaging videos that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate is both technically strong and creatively driven, capable of producing polished marketing content while working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Own the complete post-production process from raw footage to final delivery.

• Edit high-quality marketing videos for multiple digital platforms.

• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, motion graphics, visual effects, and captioning.

• Deliver polished content optimized for both organic and paid marketing campaigns.

Content Production

• Produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

• Create customer testimonial videos, project showcases, educational content, and promotional videos.

• Edit high-converting Meta advertising creatives.

• Optimize videos for each platform's best practices and audience behavior.

Brand Development

• Develop reusable branded templates including intros, lower thirds, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.

• Maintain visual consistency across all company content.

• Help establish and evolve the company's video style guide.

Media Organization

• Organize and maintain the company's video asset library.

• Develop efficient workflows for storing, categorizing, and retrieving footage.

• Create simple video capture guidelines for field teams to improve production quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to develop creative concepts.

• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories.

• Provide recommendations to continuously improve video performance and production efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.

• Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing both short-form social content and long-form branded videos.

• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Advanced experience with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve (including motion graphics).

• Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, transitions, typography, and storytelling.

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and paid social advertising.

• Fluent Spanish and professional working English.

• Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Strong communication skills with proactive project ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with companies in home services, construction, renewable energy, roofing, electrical services, or similar industries.

• Experience editing direct-response Meta advertising campaigns.

• Basic graphic design experience.

• Experience working with drone footage.

• Familiarity with branding and digital marketing best practices.
