The position involves providing social work services within a behavioral health setting. Key responsibilities include discharge planning for patients. You will facilitate treatment teams and contribute to the development of treatment plans. It is essential to facilitate process groups effectively. The patient population primarily consists of adults aged 18 to 64. Common diagnoses include depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. The work environment requires a professional dress code. Scrubs or business casual attire is expected. Unacceptable attire includes blue jeans.
