Korean Treatment Coordinator
Position Title: Dental Office Administrative Staff (Bilingual Korean/English) Location: King County and Snohomish County, Washington Primary locations include Federal Way and Lynnwood Ability to travel between locations is preferred
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and bilingual (Korean/English) Administrative Staff member to support daily operations in our dental office. This role primarily involves assisting Korean-speaking patients and performing general administrative duties. No prior dental experience is required; training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and front-desk support in a dental office setting
- Assist Korean-speaking patients with appointments, forms, and general inquiries
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and office coordination tasks
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff in both Korean and English
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Korean and English (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to work full-time and travel between office locations as needed
- Previous dental experience not required
