What You’ll Do Clean, restore, and deodorize properties and contents impacted by fire, water, mold, smoke, or sewage. Document your work—capture “before-and-after” photos to showcase restoration progress. Load, inventory, and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of your work vehicle. Quickly respond to emergency calls, including water and fire damage cleanup. Assist with room preparation and assessment planning before restoration begins. Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients to address concerns and explain processes. Report safety hazards or issues at job sites to supervisors promptly. Learn and apply proper water-, smoke-, and mold-removal methods and equipment (training provided). Help with occasional light office cleaning tasks when needed. What You Bring A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability. Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them. A High School diploma/GED. Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required. IICRC certifications? Even better! A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts. Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks. Schedule Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out-of-area work.
