Location: Tucson & Surrounding Areas Position: Direct Care Worker (DCW) Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Available Company: Dependable Nursing

As a Direct Care Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist with activities of daily living
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
Help with meal preparation
Perform light housekeeping
Provide companionship and supervision
Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate
Follow individualized care plans
Document services accurately and timely
Communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team member
Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care
Dependable and compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
Reliable transportation
Ability to meet required training and compliance requirements
Previous caregiving or direct-care experience is a plus
