Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions for B2B Enterprise

Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager for Marketing Solutions in B2B Enterprise to develop portfolio positioning, drive thought leadership, and enable sales for diagnostics offerings. The role combines strategic marketing planning with AI-enhanced workflows across a global healthcare diagnostics business.

Responsibilities

Develop positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement strategies for assigned diagnostics portfolios
Create evidence-based messaging and portfolio narratives translating technical complexity for internal teams and customers
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine portfolio strategy and optimize performance
Lead thought leadership strategy and engage KOLs to strengthen scientific credibility across healthcare audiences
Equip sales teams with messaging, tools, and competitive intelligence through collaborative enablement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years product management or portfolio marketing strategy experience
Experience configuring and prompting AI agents for marketing workflows
Ability to synthesize scientific, competitive, and customer intelligence into strategy
Diagnostics or healthcare sector experience preferred
Demonstrated judgment integrating AI outputs into human-led decision-making
