Clinical Research Coordinator I-GROWTH Study

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will focus on the Glycemia Range and Offspring Weight and Adiposity in response to Human Milk (GROWTH) study. The role may assist with additional research projects, includes home visits, and requires a valid driver’s license. Vehicle access is preferred but not required. Essential Job Functions Assist with study start‑up, maintenance of regulatory binders, source documents, and correspondence. Prepare protocols, informed consents, modifications, renewals, and other study documents for IRB/sponsor review. Support clinical research personnel in implementing projects and identify/recruit eligible study subjects. Maintain inventory of study supplies and equipment; prepare lab kits and requisitions. Collect and process specimens as instructed. Arrange study visits, provide instructions to participants and families, and coordinate reimbursement. Triage patient questions and assist with adverse event monitoring/reporting. Create and maintain case report forms or source document templates. Abstract data from medical records and enter information into study‑specific forms and electronic data capture platforms. Facilitate study initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits; attend investigator meetings as needed. Conduct literature searches, assist with QA/AC procedures, and manage data spreadsheets (importing/exporting in various formats). Perform other assigned job functions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (experience may be considered if directly relevant). Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Familiarity with FDA, HSR, and GCP guidelines. Proficient analytical skills and adaptability to various technological systems. Education & Pay Range Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
