The successful candidate will be instrumental in the transformation and optimization of the company's financial systems infrastructure, particularly in the design, development, and support of the Workday ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on Workday expert with deep technical knowledge in business processes, calculated fields, reporting, security, and validations. The AVP will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable system solutions, and ensure data accuracy across platforms. Experience with Workday Prism and/or Adaptive is strongly preferred, and the ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
