Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Location Carthage, NY Sign-on Bonus & Pay Details We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus and daily pay through a trusted third-party provider. Premium health coverage is available through Aetna with low out-of-pocket costs. Shift & Duties Shift: 11 pm-7 am, Full-time; Duties: complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. Responsibilities Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services. Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams. Requirements Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience. Should be a strong and positive team leader for all members of the staff. Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills.
