Description LOCATION: Elsinboro Township School in Salem, NJ PAY: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar Morning Program: 7:00 - 9:00 am Afternoon Program: 2:45 - 5:45 pm Opportunities available for morning, afternoon, or both programs. What Success Looks Like Program Quality: Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model and families consistently choose to re‑enroll Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day Inventory: The site is well‑stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid‑week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience Familiarity with before‑and after‑school program environments a plus Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school‑age care regulations helpful but not required Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast‑paced environment. Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.
