Serving as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries, the remote Billing Support Specialist will manage customer questions regarding invoices, payments, and disputes while ensuring accurate billing for enterprise clients. Key responsibilities Handle billing-related customer inquiries, explaining charges and resolving issues with a calm, personable approach Set up and maintain enterprise account billing, including generating invoices and ensuring billing details are current Manage billing disputes from intake through resolution, coordinating with Sales or Finance as necessary Required qualifications Experience resolving billing disputes, collections, or accounts receivable/payable issues Comfort working with complex, recurring billing cycles, particularly usage-based or subscription billing Prior experience in industries with intricate billing, such as healthcare, financial services, or similar Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to own processes end-to-end Bachelor's degree
