Job Summary:

BrightCare HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes

• Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises

• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding

• Properly manage household needs

• Provide companionship and respite services for the family

• Work in a PRN position with opportunities for part-time and full-time hours

Requirements:

• 18 years or older

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate

• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening

• Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities

• Positive attitude and sincere desire to help care for others

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working in Baton Rouge westside; Port Allen, Brusly, Addis, Plaquemine, and surrounding areas

• Providing care and support to clients in their homes

• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

• Working closely with our support staff to ensure the best possible care for our clients
