CDL A Regional Company Driver

Would you like to drive for TMC but don't have your Class A CDL? Our industry-leading training program provides all the training you need to get your CDL and get rolling in one of our signature black and chrome Peterbilts!

Earn Even More With Our NEW Continuous Run Program

Once you're rolling, you're in control of your earnings. TMC drivers earn a percentage of every load they haul through our performance-based pay system. Prefer to stay out longer? Our Continuous Run Program rewards drivers who choose extra time on the road with an increased percentage on their loads⎻ an extra 1% after staying out one weekend, up to a maximum of 3% after three or more weekends. You keep the additional percentage until you go home.

Requirements and Skills

  • Valid Class A CDL (must have a permit for CDL training)
  • Minimum 23 years of age
  • Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
