Job Title: Pediatric Transitional Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Location: North Houston, TX | Bilingual Preferred (Not Required) Pay Range LVN: $30–$35/hour RN: $35–$42/hour Make a Difference Beyond One Shift Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for our Pediatric Transitional Nurse Team to support medically fragile children and their families during critical transitions to home care. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident working with high‑acuity patients and skilled in trach, vent, G‑tube, and emergency management.
