Project Scheduler

Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop integrated schedules across multiple active projects. Establish baselines, conduct critical path analysis, and evaluate schedule impacts and recovery plans. Partner with project leaders to monitor progress, forecast completion dates, and manage risks. Facilitate LPS activities including pull planning, look-ahead planning, weekly work planning, and constraint management. Track schedule metrics such as Percent Plan Complete (PPC) and portfolio health indicators. Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries. Support governance processes and leadership reporting. Drive continuous improvement in scheduling standards and project execution effectiveness. Provide training and coaching on scheduling and LPS methodologies. Serve as organizational scheduling SME. Coach and train project teams on scheduling best practices. Promote adoption of LPS and standard work processes. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience Associate's Degree PMP
