Ascend Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators Sit Down & Stand up

• Weekly pay of $19.00 per hour

Warehouse AssociateTasks & Duties

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stack materials.

• e Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete necessary checklists to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the manufacturing facility

• Carefully handle fragile merchandise

• Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times

• Tag and label merchandise

• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.

• e Occasional lifting of heavier items with the assistance of equipment or team members. Bending, Stooping, and Kneeling.

• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items

• Operate appropriate warehouse machinery (for example, forklift)

• Flexibility to work in low positions and confined spaces as needed. Reaching and Handling.

• Endurance to work extended hours, including overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as production demands

• Morning Shift, 5am to 1pm

• Second shift, 1pm to 9pm

• Monday - Friday

Warehouse AssociateQualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Warehouse Associate experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability

• Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 or morepoundsregularly

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

• Excellent attendance with a stable work history

• Able to work as an active member of a team

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

• Able to move items around warehouse
