Commercial Roofing Service Technician

Role Description The Roof Service Tech is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. This role is responsible for performing roof inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial properties, including diagnosing leaks, replacing damaged materials, and ensuring roofs meet company quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting roof issues in the field, completing service calls, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with customers and the project team. The Roof Service Tech will also assist with small reroof projects, support new construction installs as needed, follow safety protocols, and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order. Qualifications Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for roofing systems and related components. Field Service and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve roof issues on-site. Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with clients. Experience with residential and/or commercial roofing, including shingle, metal, and flat roof systems. Ability to work safely at heights, use ladders and fall protection, and follow OSHA and company safety guidelines. Basic knowledge of construction practices, hand and power tools, and reading simple plans or work orders. Reliable transportation to job sites in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson area and ability to work in varying weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant roofing or construction certifications are a plus. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and as part of a crew. #J-18808-Ljbffr
