Full Time Day and Night Shift   12 hour shifts   6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

Day to Day CMT Duties

• Administer medication
• Inventory of medication
• Documentation of medication administration
• Provide personalized care to residents
• Answer call-lights
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living, bathing-dressing-toileting-feeding
• Lifting, turning, positioning residents in and out of bed, chairs, wheelchairs, lifts
• Assist in dining room 
• Housekeeping task-making bed, changing the trash, cleaning equipment
• Assist with new admissions
• Communication with residents, family and vendors
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• Certified Medication Technician Certification
• Ability to work your schedule
